How do I reset the times for specific backwash on my treatment system?

One piece of equipment: Choose desired backwash time from the left column and set the clock as instructed in the right column across from that back wash time.
Two pieces of equipment: Choose desired backwash time (must be at least two hours after the first piece of equipment) from the left column and set the clock as instructed in the right column across from that backwash time.

    * Note almost all units backwash at 2:00am to 4:00am. When set to ACTUAL TIME OF DAY, the only way to change backwash times is to lie to the timer about what time of day it is.
  1. How many pieces of equipment do you have?    Each piece takes two (2) hours.
  2. What is the best four (4) hours (two (2) pieces of equipment) do you want it to be cleaning?
  3. What is the best two (2) hours (1 piece of equipment) do you want it to be cleaning?
  4. If more pieces of equipment, you jump (2) hours for each piece.

** If you have a Big Fleck valve, phone us, as some are set to start at 12:00am (midnight)

Where can I find my account number or my Route number?

We do not use account numbers to reference our customers. Just tell us your name and we will know who you are. If you must use a reference number, please use your invoice number.

Your route number is located on your bottled water invoice. This information will appear in the ship to information above your shipping information or phone number as Rt (insert # here). For example- Rt = Route 1.

When is my next delivery day?

Once we have you set up on a regular route, you will be given a route calendar of your delivery days. Look at your calendar to determine your next route day. Our drivers appreciate it very much if you call the office when you do not need a delivery on your regularly scheduled route day.
Calendars for the 2008 year are Bright Yellow in color. If your route calendar is any other color you should call us to request a new schedule.

Why didn't my water get delivered as scheduled?

Calendars for the 2008 year are Bright Yellow in color. If your route calendar is any other color you should call us to request a new schedule. Our drivers should have left you a new one in December. If your route calendar is any other color you should call us to request a new schedule.

Please phone us immediately. If your account is past due and we were unable to reach you we may have suspended delivery service until your account is brought current. We are a COD company and all invoices must be paid within 10 days of your delivery day. To avoid unnecessary interruption to your service you can place a credit card on file for automatic billing or prepay your account in advance.

If you are a commercial account and were closed on your route day, please phone us. We will be happy to deliver the next time we are in your area or you may stop into the store anytime to pick up a supply of water.

For the safety of our drivers, we do not deliver during extreme weather conditions. In the event that mother nature has disrupted your service, you can expect us as soon as the weather clears.

When is my bill due?

We are a COD (cash on delivery) company. Payment is due upon service or delivery. Please have your payment method ready for our service technician or delivery driver. We happily accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

You will receive a detailed invoice at the time of service, however you will be required to pay our technician at the time of your service.

In the event we are unable to collect payment for services or deliveries when rendered we will need to have a credit card number on file for billing. If no credit card is on file and no payment is collected by our technician or driver, your payment must reach us within 10 days. Past due accounts will not receive service until brought current.

We appreciate your prompt payment!

I have too many full bottles, can I return some and receive a credit?

We understand that you may drink more water at certain times of the year than others. Please keep in mind that your driver will replace your empty bottles with full bottles unless you call us and request otherwise.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give credit returns for full bottles of water. Water is considered a food product and can not be put back into our inventory if returned. We hate to see our good water go to waste but we will have to dump the water down the drain. Therefore, no credits will be given for full bottles returned.

If you are overstocked, please call our office and let us know that you will not need a delivery. We will still be happy to stop by on your regular day and pick up your empty bottles.
